Doubled fish sauce. Yes this batter recipe is the best. After done baking, I put on hot grill for 2-3 min. I cooked the 2 lbs of thighs for 18 min and then broiled for 3. Seriously, that thing works magic! To still get that yummy breading on your chicken without deep frying it, all you have to do is coat it in a little cornstarch and brown it in 1 tablespoon oil.
